Turbo Bathrooms renovated our bathroom to install new tiling and a new bath over the past 2 weeks. This involved several different trades. They were thoroughly professional and their work is first rate. They are quality people who dress, present and perform in a professional manner so that I felt confident from the beginning. We are delighted with the end job. I couldn’t ask for better.

Coming to our home firstly to look and discuss options before quoting even began. They took time to meet us at Beaumont Tiles and Parkwood Plumbing to look at options and help us make choices. From start to finish Chris and Jess communicated almost daily with the progress... and any minor issues were addressed very promptly. We can’t wait for Stage Two... our ensuite starting in May... our daughters love their new bathroom saying it looks and feels like a hotel!!

The Turbo team recently completed a full renovation of our laundry, bathroom, and ensuite. Both bathrooms were completely redesigned, including the relocation of all services. Jess, Chris and the team at Turbo have been absolute super stars with brining our vision to life. From the quoting process at the start, Chris was out promptly, understood what we wanted to achieve, communicated potential issues but at the same time offered work around. Pricing was reasonable and thousands cheaper compared to quotes for the same work. When it came time for us to pull the trigger on the renovation, Jess’s management of the project and communication with us through the design, sourcing products and the execution was phenomenal. They were able to pivot when things went wrong or issues came up (completely out of their control) and promptly resolved them. The patience Jess had with answering all of my questions and ensuring they understood exactly what we wanted far exceeded our expectations. While the project did blow out of the initial timeframe, they worked hard to finish it, even pushing extra hard to get at least one toilet working before we returned from our holiday. The end result blew us away and has left us with a stunning yet super functional bathroom and the addition of a second half bath with the original toilet also gutted and matching the refresh. The boys made sure clean up and the site was left safe at the end of each day. We unfortunately had a defect in our bath which resulted in some minor leaking and when we reached out to Jess, before the end of the week she had one of the boys come out to investigate, we thought it was resolved with an extra layer of silicone however leaking was still present. Within two days the boys were back and found the issue. A week later, the faulty bath was removed, the replacement bath was delivered and installed and rigorously tested. So not only was the work done initially to a high standard, the way they follow up and continue the exception level of customer service even after the renovation was complete has secured us as return customers so you bet we’ll be back in touch for our next renovation. Honestly you will not go wrong getting Chris, Jess and their team to look after your renovation. Thank you so much!!
